Life’s challenges (back pain, losing a friend, cataract surgeries, etc.) may slow you down and make you feel blue, but they will never defeat you. You, through Christ, are stronger and more resilient than you realize, and you have the power to rise above any adversity that comes your way. (I hear my grandmother talking in my ear...) Trust in your ability to persevere, adapt, and overcome, for you are a warrior of the Light. May you face each obstacle with unwavering strength and grace, and may you emerge victorious on the other side, stronger and more resilient than ever before.

The summer of 2025 has been a good one, even during unprecedented times. Our family FINALLY had a chance to be together - all of us - for the first time since Hudson and Reagan were born. What a joy that was. And it took Wendi Watson Miller and her prophetic way to “declare” that into existence. We all made the trek to Maryland for Wendi's Celebration of Life service, and not more than three weeks before her passing, she said, “Sue, it's not right that your grandkids haven't seen each other or been together yet.” I agreed. Then she said, “It's gonna happen soon.” And it did, three weeks later. At her service. Amazing.. We will miss our singing-buddy friend, but we know she's rejoicing for sure. We uploaded our Shout album to YouTube, which features Wendi, although we're still fighting for the broadcast rights of the album, and some songs are missing. Additionally, though, the tribute we created for her is also available on YouTube. Listen for our little granddaughter Reagan to say “that's my Mom Mom” in the beginning. 

It was a joy, too, to return to Five Rivers Church in Elkton, MD, ministering to the church we called home for two decades.

I'll be speaking for Camp Melody in PA next weekend, to about seventy 10-14-year-old girls. Thanks for your prayers, for travel safety, and the creativity and anointing to present Jesus to those young souls.
